Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All our orders are processed and shipped out within 7-12 business days. After the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will update you with a Track-and-Trace code with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time. 

Tracking information is available in the "Track My Order" option in the sidebar menu. Our shipping notifications are automatically sent to you after a purchase is made. Once your order is placed, it then waits for the fulfillment process to begin. Shortly after you will receive a tracking status update where you will then be able to track your order. We recommend downloading the SHOP app on your mobile device or computer to get day-to-day updates.  

2. Shipping Address Changes

If you would like to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us by email at and include your new shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we can not alter the shipping address anymore.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs, and Delivery Times

We provide you with the fastest shipping times we can as that is our goal; customer satisfaction. We use a US Flat Rate of $3.99. Delivery times can vary depending on the product selected. Some products take longer to fulfill the order if the product you selected is out of stock at the moment, so it will take the fulfillment company a little longer for you to get your order fulfilled. Normally between 7-10 days on average, your product will be received, if it happens to be out of stock at the moment please be patient with us. If the product is out of stock at the moment it is waiting to be fulfilled at our warehouse. Feel free to reach out with any questions regarding shipping or tracking information
